About Me

Hi, I’m Abbie Hernandez.

I am an award-winning photographer from the Riverbend area specializing in senior portraits, family sessions, and product + services photos. I also love to do landscape photos.

My love for photography began at the age of 12 after my aunt gave me her old Canon DSLR camera to experiment with. Once I started high school, I became the sports and events photographer for my high school’s yearbook and their advertising committee.

Abbie Hernandez Photography began in 2018 as a small hobby that later grew into my passion. Growing my business as a high schooler was tough but 100% worth it. I recently graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a major in marketing and entrepreneurship and minor in photography/digital art. My love for photography has grown even more since high school!

Capturing moments that will be cherished for generations is the motivation of my work.
